      12x12 stalls with matted 12x24 paddocks, some with covered paddocks

      12x12 box stalls

      and 12x24 stalls. all cleaned 2x daily

• turnout paddocks 

• 100 x 80  lighted indoor arena with mirrors with excellent sand and rubber mixed footing

• 180 x 300 sand jump arena with jumps

• Full size sand Dressage court with letters and judges booth 

• large 80ft round pen

• hot walker 

• Premium hay fed 3x daily

• Barn owner lives on property
